Summer Lovin’ Had Me a Blast
So last night was Downetowne’s latest themed party, Summer Lovin’, at E&O Trading Company. Like all Downetowne parties, I spent the entire week getting myself pumped up for the event. This meant religiously listening to the Grease movie soundtrack and randomly jumping on the bed to perform “Greased Lightning.”
Even as I write this entry, I’m listening to “Summer Lovin’” and bopping around in my seat. Just like the song, the event was light, carefree, and exactly what summer is supposed to feel like. I particularly enjoyed the performance from the Cherry Blossom Cabaret, those awesomely dressed Pink Ladies, and the table of sex toys near the front.

I know you can't see my face, but I figure most people will recognize me as the big cheeks behind the camera. My name is Kristel. This blog, much like my life, is a work in progress. I take pictures at events around town and I'm big on candid photos. Nice to meet you.
