So earlier this week, I had to wake up at the crack of dawn and jet to Hawaii Kai to meet videographer Kelii Grace (of Kai Media) to film a commercial we collaborated on. We brainstormed, I wrote out the script, and he shot a really awesome commercial (that I’ll hopefully be able to show you all soon!).

I remember seeing Kelii’s stuff circulating the ‘net a while ago (before I knew him) for a popular Hawaii video featuring a battle between DJ Bumble Bee and Angry Woebot (seen here). He’s one of my best friends and one of the most talented individuals I know. His style is unlike anything I’ve seen. I want to spend more time talking about his work, but I’ll save it for another entry where I can showcase someone of my favorite videos by him and give him the spotlight he deserves.

Anyway, we had a bit of time to kill after we were done, so we filmed an improvised commercial for my blog, SlowdancingwithStrangers.
